ArcGIS Survey123 needs KEYWORD and EXIFINFO columns in the schema to associate attachments with the correct record. These columns are not added to the schema by default. Therefore, you need to enable the attachment and run the Upgrade Attachments Geoprocessing tool to enable keywords.
