The identify requests for map services published from mosaic datasets through ArcGIS Pro fail with an error 500, causing dump files to accumulate and fill up disk space.

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.解决办法
Publish the map service in ArcMap instead. This workaround is for ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 and earlier.
