The hosted feature service layer definition does not have the supportsTruncate parameter, resulting in the failure of the Truncate Table geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro and the Truncate operation of the admin endpoint in ArcGIS Rest API fails to load when accessed through a browser.
