Hi Stacey, The heat map symbology will correctly display in Business Analyst Web when the visibility range is set to the suggested City range. The visibility range can be set in ArcGIS Online by clicking More Options - Set Visibility Range and click on the "Suggest" option. The suggested range is then set to "City". Save the Web Map, copy the URL and then paste the URL in Business Analyst Web - More Maps - Web Maps - Enter URL - Load. You should now see the heat map properly displayed in Business Analyst.
