解决办法
ArcGIS Desktop's GPS Toolbar cannot access GPS receivers connected to virtual COM ports higher than 9 (> COM9). It is necessary to force Windows operating system on Desktop PC to deallocate COM ports that have been wrongly occupied and marked as “in use".Instruction below demonstrate how to release and reactivate previously occupied COM ports: 1 - Open the Device Manager via Control Panel and expand Ports (COM & LPT) devices.2 - Right click on Serial Port > Properties and select Port Settings tab.3 - In Port Settings window, click Advanced button to display Advanced Settings window for selected COM port.4 - In Advanced Settings window, you will force Windows operating system to release the occupied COM ports by selecting individual dropdowns in 'COM Port Number' pulldown and change to a port number in use. When this process is completed, all unused COM ports will no longer display the incorrect "in use" status. Warnings can be ignored during this step. This results in virtual COM ports being set to COM port numbers smaller than 9. Now you can connect a Bluetooth GPS device to ArcMap's GPS Toolbar and obtain GPS positions.
