The GetTile method is never called when accessing predrawn tiles when offline. Tiles are pre-generated. However, when setting the device to airplane mode the tiles are not obtained or drawn. If the airplane mode is turned off, the GetTile method is succesful at obtaining the pre-generated tiles.
