The GeoRSS feed fails to load in the ArcGIS Online web map and returns the following error message, “The GeoRSS, http://rss.nmroads.com/?ts=1579105637458, cannot be added to the map. It is either not available or you have entered an invalid URL for the type of layer you want to reference.”
