解决办法
When publishing a geoprocessing service using the Geocode Addresses tool at ArcGIS 10.4 for Server, use the Python script to execute the tool instead of accessing the tool directly.ORPublish the composite locator as a Geocode Service. When running the Geocode Addresses tool in ArcMap, choose the Geocode Service instead of the locator on disk. Publish the result as a GP service as normal, and the GP service will work correctly.重现步骤
