The Generate Travel Areas tool returns an unexpected result when the input layer has a filter with the condition 'includes' and its values contain letters with diacritics.

解决办法

1. In the filter expression, change the operator from 'includes' to 'is'. Here is an example for a filter with 3 regions: "Region is Cēsu nov." OR "Region is Valmieras nov." OR "Region is Vamieras nov."
2. Set the condition group to "Any of the following are true".
