The full name property of SAML enterprise accounts is not set if the Surname attribute is sent in the SAML response from the identity provider (IDP).

解决办法

Edit the user profile.

1. Click the affected user profile.
2. Click to edit the profile, and the name of the user is visible.
3. Click Save.
4. The user account now displays correctly in the member list and can be found through a search.

Access the IDP and remove the Surname outgoing claim.
