Could not reproduce with the current build of ArcGIS 10.5.1. In addition to the described procedure of setting the Model Properties > Iteration parameter, a version of the model was tested that used a For Iterator. This seemed to be ok as well, with output to TIFF rasters as well as to a file geodatabase.重现步骤
