Shapefile/dBase files have a limitation on field lenght of 10 characters. The input field names have to be truncated due to the limitations of that data format.

解决办法

In ArcMap, use temporary or permanent join and export to shapefile or feature class.
In ArcGIS Pro, export to a feature class in a geodatabase using permanent or temporary join.
When exporting to shapefile, use a permanent join instead of temporary join.
