The field alias of the United Kingdom Average Household Size map image layer from ArcGIS Living Atlas of the World within ArcGIS Online should be '2017 Population Density (per sq. mile)' and not '2017 Population Density (per sq. km)'.

解决办法
Change the field alias manually from '2017 Population Density (per sq. mile)' to '2017 Population Density (per sq. km)'.- Select the 'More Options' icon for the Census Area sublayer.
- Select Configure Pop-up.
- Select the 'Configure Attributes' link.
- Double-click '2017 Population Density (per sq. km)' within the Field Alias column and change it to 2017 Population Density (per sq. mile) and select OK.
