The Export Table geoprocessing tool generates a dBase (.dbf) file instead of a file geodatabase table when contained in a model and run in a scheduled mode.

解决办法

Do not accept the default table name and location for the Output Table parameter. The issue is not reproducible when the Output Table parameter is manually configured.
