The Export Metadata tool causes ArcGIS for Desktop to crash when translating a specific feature class from Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) to Esri format.

ArcMap does not crash in either Step 3 when I run the Validate Metadata tool, or in Step 4 when I run the Export Metadata tool. Tested with 10.3.1 on Win8 and in 10.4 on Win7.重现步骤
