解决办法
Creating a custom Business Analyst data source (BDS) layer, selecting the CPY dissemination areas geography and then selecting to include the geographic identifiers, and then selecting the Age By Sex Canada saved variable list generates identical report values between Hybrid and Block Apportionment.
