The error of “missing arguments: formitemId, featureServiceItemId, folderId or title” returns while sharing the Survey with ArcGIS Online Organization from Collaborate Tab of the Survey 123 website, if the ownership of the survey has been changed.
This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Survey123 when the survey ownership is changed via the More Options list on the survey's card on the Survey123 My Surveys page. This ensures to create a folder with the same name as the original folder in the new owner's content, which is required for properly transferring a survey's ownership. If the issue occurs with this proper workflow, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.
