漏洞
The error message, "ERROR 002869: Output file <...>.csv already exists" is returned when using the Table To Table tool to overwrite a CSV file within ModelBuilder.

解决办法
- Use ArcGIS Pro 2.6.0.
- Export the model as a Python script, and switch arcpy.env.overwriteOutput = True from False.
- Run the Table To Table tool as a geoprocessing tool.
