Calculate Field's documentation states in the last section of Usage: Using the SQL option for the Expression Type parameter has the following limitations: • The option is only supported for Db2, Oracle, PostgreSQL, SAP HANA, and SQL Server enterprise geodatabases. • Calculating field values on joined tables is not supported. • Versioned and archived data is not supported. • The ability to undo geoprocessing operations is not supported. Take note of this important information. As a result, the issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 2.9.3, 3.0 final, and 3.1_40108.解决办法
Use Python 3 or Arcade expression types.
