Environments have multiple packages that can interfere with the ArcGIS API for Python requirements. It is the user's responsibility to ensure all Python packages work with one another. It is suggested to install the ArcGIS API for Python first, then add in the other packages needed. Please read https://conda.io/projects/conda/en/latest/user-guide/tasks/manage-environments.html to assist with managing conda environments.解决办法
Use pip to install the arcgis package, utilizing the 'pip install arcgis' command in the environment. The package is installed in the GDS environment successfully.
