The Enable Editor Tracking tool does not add the Editor Tracking fields.

This behavior is as-designed for the tool. If you choose to use the 'Add fields if they don't exist' option, you must then provide the names of the fields to be added by filling in values for the Creator Field, Creation Date Field, Last Editor Field, and Last Edit Date Field parameters. The tool does not auto-generate these names so they must be provided by the user.解决办法
Add the fields manually to the data and map the fields in the tool or do this through a context menu in ArcCatalog.重现步骤
