This issue is non-reproducible using the ArcGIS Pro Distance and Direction dock pane. However, ensure the Measure tool or the feature class spatial reference matches the option used in Distance and Direction; otherwise, there will be small differences based on the spatial reference and measurement methods.重现步骤
