The reported issue is not a defect. Detect Feature Changes can detect shape changes. Set a small value, e.g. 0.1 feet, for the Change Tolerance so any small shape difference will result in a CHANGE_TYPE S (spatial change). Refer to the tool reference for more details.重现步骤
