This is an expected behavior. The hosted feature layer description is currently in sync with the metadata description, not the service description. Whereas, the sublayers are currently in sync with the service description. This is not a bug, and any modification to the current behavior is an enhancement request. Work with Esri Support Services about the enhancement requests.重现步骤
