The solve tool solves a network analysis layer. It does not do anything about selections. The network analysis layer is designed to be set up as needed and solved. The Add Locations tool honors selections to only load the needed facilities or other inputs into the various NA layers.解决办法
Only keep the facilities needed in the service area layer before solving.
