This is expected behavior. 'Set default Z values' is specifically meant for applications that currently do not support Z values, such as Collector for ArcGIS. To make sure that newly created features are getting the right Z values for Z-enabled data, simply set the Z value in the elevation portion of the Edit tab.重现步骤
