The Date format in the ArcGIS Field Maps mobile app pop-up shows a mixed format between German (Austria) and English on German iOS devices.

This issue is not reproducible with Sequoia 25.2 beta 2 build on iPhone XS (iOS 18). Device region sets to Germany, device locale sets to German, and device date/time sets to 24 hr. The date time field shows the correct value; there is no mixture of date/time formats.重现步骤
