This behavior is as designed. Publishing a file geodatabase online will not contain the projection information.解决办法
Use ArcGIS Pro to publish the London Survey Grid (LSG) projection and British National Grid (BNG) projection using the provided file geodatabase data to ArcGIS Online. The published feature service displays the correct result when viewed in Map Viewer.
