1. Manually enter the authorization numbers instead of creating a provisioning file. Or2. Using the example as it would appear in order in the Customer Care Portal under the Authorizations tab:EFL123456789 Available (1)EFL987654321 Available (27)Create a provisioning file using one ArcView license and then create another provisioning file using the remaining 27.
