Duplicate of BUG-000121976: Create Rapid Graphic GP tool calls several GP and script tools. One of the script tools called Building Offsets left behind locks in the database after it executed. BUG-000121976 was logged for this issue and has been addressed and released into Esri Defense Mapping 10.6.1 Patch 4 and Esri Defense Mapping 10.7.1.重现步骤
