The Create Layer action for the Select widget in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS Enterprise produces incorrect geometry on feature layers.

• Navigate back to the Settings tab of the US States Hosted feature layer item.
• Under Feature layer settings, enable Editing with at least the ‘Add’ capability.
• Refresh the web app and repeat steps 8-12.
• Notice this produces correct geometry.
