The Compare app is designed to display two maps, not four. Although Compare Analysis is not accessible through Using Template, it is possible to go through its Item Description.
- Navigate to the Compare Analysis (Mature) page.
- Ensure to be signed into ArcGIS Online.
- Click on Create a Web App from that page.
