The clickable collection navigation bar elements are not the same type of button that is configured in theme builder. However, in February 2025 changes were made to better utilize theme or neutral colors in the collection navigation bar. As a result, the navigation bar no longer uses the teal color that it inherited previously, so it more accurately matches the current theme.
