The Collector for ArcGIS (iOS) does not display coded value domain descriptions for an attribute if a feature class is published to ArcGIS Server with the Unique Values type legend based on the same attribute.

This issue is not reproducible in the new Collector for ArcGIS on iOS version 20.1.
解决办法
When using the Unique Value symbology, ensure that users have correctly configured the feature templates, either through ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro before publishing or in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, to display the correct names of the unique values in the domain. This ensures that the coded value domain descriptions are displayed in the pop-up in Collector for ArcGIS.See the ‘Create all templates’ workflow for ArcGIS Pro - http://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/help/editing/create-a-feature-template.htm “All feature templates for the map or layer are automatically generated and named to match the layer name or a unique symbol value.”See ‘Creating new feature templates’ for ArcMap - http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/manage-data/creating-new-features/creating-new-feature-templates.htm - Similar to Pro, the template names available should match the unique symbol value.See ‘Create feature templates in Map Viewer’ for AGOL - https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/manage-feature-templates.htm
