The Category Selector in ArcGIS Dashboards fails to recognize case-sensitive attributes in the source data, resulting in incorrect results in the Map element.

This is working as expected, as filter actions that target the web map layers are case sensitive. Similarly, when symbolizing this data in Map Viewer, the symbol categories are also case sensitive. The advised workaround is to standardize the data or use a different data visualization as a target.重现步骤
