The pulldata("@layer") function intentionally caches query responses to optimize network requests and more efficiently work with the data.解决办法
Add an extra parameter to the URL with a string that always changes, for example, concat("layerUrl?t=", now()). This forces ArcGIS Survey123 to resend the query request.
