The features are too small and do not receive accurate metrics. ArcGIS Desktop functions project the features to a local UTM coordinate system. The projection of these very small features causes the shape of the features to degenerate or collapse which causes the Calculate Metrics geoprocessing tool to return a value of zero for these features.重现步骤
