漏洞
The cache refresh time interval is not honored when using the Field Enricher (Feature Service) Processor in the ArcGIS for Server GeoEvent Extension, causing fields to be enriched incorrectly when the enrichment feature service’s values are modified.

When features in the enrichment feature service are modified, restart the GeoEvent Extension service to allow for the cache to be released and for the feature service to correctly enrich the fields.重现步骤
