The Build Overviews tool fails due to the minimum, maximum, low, and high PS values being populated incorrectly in the footprints table when imagery has internal pyramids.

This bug is reproducible. It is passed over to development for a further look.解决办法
Define the overviews, set the number of levels to -1, and enable the option to force overviews. This is to ensure that the overviews are defined by the source resolution (ignoring the pixels). Run the Build Overviews tool > uncheck the Define Missing Overview Tiles box.
