This is as designed. The loading bar displays as loading every time a layer updates the rendering. This is the behaviour for basemap layers (which have to re-draw when the terrain gets updated, removed or added) and operational layers (every time a user zooms in/out or pans when the terrain is removed or added, the loading bar appears).重现步骤
