The background color setting for the instance_name field is not applied in the ArcGIS Survey123 field app.

解决办法

Set the font color rather than setting the background color. Example: if(${location}="Redlands", concat("<font color='blue'>", ${name}, "</font>"), concat("<font color='blue'>", ${name}, "</font>"))
