The ArcGIS Survey123 custom URL scheme does not open the form for the selected feature if the previous form is closed by clicking 'Close and lose changes'.

解决办法
Save the submission to drafts or submit the survey response instead of clicking 'Close and lose changes'. This stops the unexpected behavior and opens the correct form the next time the feature's link is used.
