This issue is currently not reproducible in ArcGIS Hub. The data (where the source service has M-values) exported from Hub as a shapefile retains the M-value property, and GeoJSON format does not support M-values at this time; therefore, the service or layer created from a GeoJSON format dataset does not have M-values enabled by default.重现步骤
