The ArcGIS Online web app link previews do not display the configured thumbnail and item name when shared using the app URL.

解决办法

Copy the link from your browser’s address bar rather than from the URL field on the right side on the item details page. The thumbnail will display, however, this will bring the end user to the item details page.
