The ArcGIS Online map viewer is unable to apply transformation for AGD_1966_ACT_Grid_AGC_Zone Projection, WKID: 102071 (also known as the Stromlo Projection), and causing an unexpected shift when the data is displayed.

Options: - Project the data to Web Mercator Auxiliary Sphere (102100) prior to publishing, so that a transformation is not required. - Add a basemap in the AGD_1966_ACT_Grid_AGC_Zone Projection (102071) to the map viewer before adding the feature service, so that a transformation is not required.重现步骤
