This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services, as additional information is required for further investigation.解决办法
If configuring subtypes, make sure to apply a domain to every subtype option in order to utilize the drop-down lists and submit coded values to the attribute in the mobile app on Android.
