The ArcGIS Earth 1.9 Add data window for Portal for ArcGIS intermittently does not display any content or categories for the content when the app opened is already logged in to a portal site.

解决办法

• Log in and out of the Portal connection in ArcGIS Earth. If the Add data window is still blank after logging in, change the category from My Content to any other choice under the Portal tab.
• Log into a different Portal or ArcGIS Online connection, and change back to the first Portal connection.
