The issue is fixed in the latest release (23.R01) of ArcGIS Business Analyst Web App.解决办法
- Export the infographic after running it in the web app, instead of exporting from the Run Reports tab.
- Use web maps in the Infographic map element where the layer's source is a hosted feature layer instead of a hosted feature collection.
