The Add Fields (multiple) tool returns errors when adding all fields from a template table if the input already has one of the template fields.

When the field type of the newly added field is the same as a field with the same name in the input dataset, a warning will be raised. However, when the field type is different, this is considered an error condition. This is consistent to the design of the Add Field tool.重现步骤
