Submitting a survey from the Survey123 for ArcGIS website displays the error message, "Failed to submit -Cannot set property 'z' of null," if the survey and its related tables are published from Survey123 Connect 3.6.137 as a hosted feature service or a feature service from ArcGIS Server.
